Ed Wilson

Ed is one of the most widely experienced individuals within the Australian healthcare industry, including both the public and private sectors.  He has managed both public and private pathology laboratories. Recent consulting assignments include process review, improvement design, change facilitation and implementation.

As a consultant to the Health Insurance Commission he is involved in the assessment of utilisation and cost trends for Pathology and Diagnostic Imaging under Medicare.  He is also a consultant and lobbyist for the Australian Association of Pathology Practices and a strategic adviser to a number of corporations within the healthcare industry.
