Glenda Hall
Glenda combines a strong nursing clinical background with an extensive background in quality management and systems improvement. Her experience includes project management, development and implementation of quality management systems, and co-ordination of continuous quality improvement.
Glenda is registered as an ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management Systems Lead Auditor, and Aged Care Quality Assessor. Glenda has specific experience in recognised accreditation and audit programs, including:
- Residential aged care accreditation
- ISO 9001:2000 management systems
- QICSA, the community health accreditation system
- DVA community nursing audit program
- HACC Community based programs
- CACP, EACH and NRCP.
Her previous roles include:
- Customer Service Manager, West Gippsland Healthcare Group. Glenda’s key role was to improve the quality and integration of services across the Group’s residential aged care, acute care and community based care services.
- Management of a range of residential and aged care facilities
- Involvement in a number of quality related projects.
With many years practical application as a nurse, and as a systems auditor in a range of clinical and health care settings, Glenda has extensive experience of quality improvement methodologies. She has used these skills to assist a range organisations to improve and prepare for successful participation in recognised accreditation programs.
