Helen Cashin

Helen is one of AHA’s team of assessors currently conducting quality reviews of Victorian and Tasmanian HACC funded agencies against the HACC National Service Standards. Helen has extensive experience working within the aged and community care sector both in Victoria and across Australia during the past 20 years.

Helen was a member of the Victorian State Government Ministerial Task Force for Dementia Services and was contracted by DHS to provide dementia training to Aboriginal Hostels in Victoria.

More recently, Helen has worked with community care agencies specifically to develop quality improvement and risk management systems. She has been involved in both HACC Quality Forums and QICSA presentations in addition to teaching Certificate and 4 Aged and Community Care for Victorian University of Technology.
