Jessica Small

Jessica graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), where she gained advanced research, written communication and editing skills.  Jessica has worked as a supervisor in the call centre of TNS Global, a large social and market research company, where she developed strong project management skills.

Since joining AHA, a key focus of Jessica’s role has been to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of AHA’s quality review programs and she has performed this role for the assessment of over 700 service providers across the Victoria, Tasmania and ACT HACC Agency Assessment Programs, the FRSP Approval Requirements Assessment Program, CSO Registration Standards External Quality Assurance Review Program and Independent External Assessments for Licensing of Child Protection Care Services.

These large-scale, logistically complex programs have required extensive liaison with all project stakeholders, including relevant Departmental staff, service providers, and the quality assessment team. Tasks involve arranging information and training sessions, scheduling on-site quality reviews, managing the assessment team’s schedule and regular reporting to relevant departments.

In addition to this role, Jessica has also utilised her project management, communication and writing skills to contribute to a number of AHA’s recent review and evaluation consultancies primarily in the mental health, disability and community sectors, including:
