Jessica Small
Jessica graduated from the University of Melbourne in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), where she gained advanced research, written communication and editing skills.
Jessica has worked as a supervisor in the call centre of TNS Global, a large market research company, where she developed strong project management skills.
Jessica’s current role within AHA is to coordinate and oversee the day-to-day operations of AHA’s quality review programs:
These large-scale, logistically complex programs require extensive liaison with all project stakeholders, including relevant Departmental staff, service providers, and the quality assessment team. Tasks involve arranging information and training sessions, scheduling on-site quality reviews, managing the assessment team’s schedule, regular reporting to relevant departments, and general project planning.
