Richard Stock
Richard, one of the founding Directors of AHA, has project managed in excess of 100 consultancies in the health care sector over the last 16 years.
He qualified as a chartered accountant in Scotland and worked as a financial manager across various industries. After migrating to Australia in 1987, Richard joined the Healthcare Division of PriceWaterhouseCoopers as a senior consultant. During this time he acquired a broad base of consulting experience, including working with some of the largest public and private sector companies in Australia.
Since 1992, as a Director of AHA, Richard has taken a leadership role in many of the projects conducted by AHA. Projects have included working with a wide range of healthcare organisations including residential aged care, community care, disability services, hospitals, pharmaceuticals and primary care organisations.
In addition to his outstanding project management and financial expertise, Richard also has particular expertise and interest in:
- Quality improvement
- Communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Change management
- Heath funding systems.
