Diagnostic Services

AHA has extensive experience within the diagnostic imaging and pathology sectors

For over seven years, AHA was engaged as ongoing Economic and Strategic Advisor to the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists (RANZCR), and was a member of the Diagnostic Imaging Services Standing Committee.

We have direct hands-on experience of managing radiology and pathology services, for example:

• On a contract management basis, we managed a large private diagnostic imaging practice for 12 months
• We managed a public hospital based pathology service for over 12 months.

We have also conducted numerous consultancies for government, the RANZCR and for public and private radiology and pathology providers. Examples of some of these projects are provided below:
