Disability Legislation Review: Costing of Recommendations

This project, for the Victorian Department of Human Services (DHS) in 2004, involved analysis of the cost impact to government, service providers and consumers as a result of changes to the Intellectually Disabled Persons’ Services Act (1986) and the Disability Services Act (1991). In particular, the work involved developing assumptions and analysing once off and ongoing costs, in order to determine the cost impact of a number of Departmental recommendations.
