The data was collected from 70% of HACC service providers nationally, covering a range of service and cost data. We selected a statically representative sample and conducted site visits, for 312 services around Australia to review and verify their data. Our report to DoHA clearly analysed the results of the study including statistical level of confidence for each data field, and made specific practical recommendations for improvement in HACC costing and service data collection.
