Community Service Obligation Funding Pool Administration Agency
The Department of Health and Ageing has appointed AHA as the Administration Agency for the CSO funding pool. Administrative functions provided by AHA include:
- undertaking payment calculations
- monitoring the performance of eligible CSO Distributors against specific service standards
- administering a complaints process and sanctions framework.
Administrator and Advisor for Viewhills Manor residential aged care facility
AHA recently acted, on behalf of the Department of Health and Ageing, as an administrator and adviser to for Viewhills Manor, a residential aged care facility. Viewhills Manor had been failing to meet relevant quality and service standards and there was considered to be significant risk to the welfare of their residents and staff.
