Identifying the cost of health services is critical to determining the optimum utilisation of resources. Our expertise includes health services costing and benchmarking, clinical product and inter-facility cost studies and evaluating the cost effectiveness of new methods and new drugs. We also have proven expertise in the development of health service funding frameworks including identifying appropriate pricing rates.

We have assisted State and Commonwealth Government Health Departments to develop and implement major new funding systems which are focussed on client outcomes rather than simply reimbursement of cost.
