AHA is an experienced evaluator of government programs and initiatives, having undertaken over 100 national evaluations on behalf of governments. Recent evaluations include organ donation, GP services and programs to reduce the length of stay in hospital for older patients. These projects typically involved extensive stakeholder consultation, data analysis, benchmarking and economic cost/benefit analysis.
Our expertise is demonstrated by our appointment to various government panels of Specialist Evaluation Consultants. AHA is a member of panels for DoHA, FaHCSIA, Queensland Health, SA Health, DVA and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship.
Our projects involve developing and implementing evaluation methodology, managing stakeholder consultation and collecting and analysing information from a range of sources. Our evaluation findings are insightful and comprehensive, and are presented as cohesive, evidence based reports.
