AHA Complaints Procedure

  1. Any complaints or concern received will be referred directly to the Project Director, Ms Norma Currie
  2. Contact details:

  3. You will receive a prompt written response to your concerns
  4. The matter will be logged, along with progress and action taken to resolve the issue
  5. An investigation will be conducted into the issue
  6. Written advice as to the outcome will be provided to the complainant and to the Department of Health and Ageing.
  7. If you remain dissatisfied, you are able to appeal the decision, in which case the matter will be referred to the Quality Director, Mr Richard Stock.
