HACC Standards Self Assessment Tool
AHA developed a Self Assessment Tool which is used by our assessors when visiting agencies to conduct the assessments. It is available to agencies in advance, to provide transparency in the independent assessment process, and as an aid for them to self assess, or for use in the joint assessment process.
