The Department of Human Services conducted HACC Quality Improvement Forums in regard to the 2006-07 National Service Standards Instrument (NSSI) assessments. The forums aimed to provide relevant information to assist organisations in preparing and undertaking the NSSI assessment process.
The forums were conducted in each geographical region and were held between September and November 2006.
