Victorian HACC Educational Material

AHA was engaged by DoHA to develop educational material for HACC service providers. This material aimed to improve HACC service providers’ knowledge of issues relating to the following three objectives:

  • HACC Objective 5 - Privacy, confidentiality and access to personal information
  • HACC Objective 6 - Complaints and disputes, and
  • HACC Objective 7 - Advocacy.

The educational material developed has the capacity to be used as both an in-house training resource for service providers and to be delivered by formal external presenters. The material was designed for use by all types of service providers, including ATSI, CALD, multi-purpose, small, and rural and remote agencies.
