Penelope is a Speech Pathologist with 10 years’ experience working primarily with children and their families. Penelope has experience working in private practice, Victoria’s public and private school systems, and has also worked in the Neurodisability Department at London’s Great Ormond Street Children’s Hospital working with children who have complex and profound needs. As part of her work, Penelope has been involved in Autism diagnostic assessments.

Penelope has eight years’ experience conducting assessments for the PSD, providing consultations and assessments in the categories of Severe Language Disorder with Critical Educational Needs, Childhood Apraxia of Speech, and Autism. In 2016 Penelope commenced work with the Evaluation Team at AHA applying her expertise in relation to ID and ASD applications.

Penelope also holds a law degree and has met all of the requirements for admission as a Victorian lawyer. Her graduate placement was in the Insurance Department at an international law firm which provided her with experience in medico-legal matters.

  • Member of Speech Pathology Australia.
