Olivia joined AHA with a Bachelor of Arts (Media Studies) (Immunology and Pathology) and a Bachelor of Advanced Studies (Media and Communications) from The University of Sydney. She is currently completing her Master of Public Health at The University of Melbourne, specialising in Epidemiology and Biostatistics.
As part of her Master’s degree, she completed an intensive program and scholarship at The University of Geneva where she studied global health. She is skilled at analysing mixed-method research, engaging with stakeholders and communicating findings to a range of audiences.
Prior to joining AHA, she worked as a market research consultant specialising in healthcare. In this role, she conducted qualitative and quantitative research with general practitioners, specialists and consumers around Australia. She also worked in strategic communications for a range of pharmaceutical and not-for-profit organisations, where she designed, implemented and evaluated campaigns and programs in the health and education space.
Olivia is passionate about conducting ethical, robust research and evaluation that strengthen healthcare systems and reduce disparities in health status.
