The objective of this project was to examine and report on a range of information sources relating to the Australian pathology industry.

We examined and analysed data gathered from the Health Insurance Commission with which we liaised closely, in order to ascertain the patterns and trends within the Australian pathology industry over the past 11 years.  As a consequence of examining these available data, the report detailed changes and trends in the structure of the industry and provided recommendations for the future as to how relevant data could be more appropriately structured and utilised for this purpose.
