AHA assisted Uniting Aged Care to improve its community care services

AHA surveyed the satisfaction levels of clients receiving community care services from Uniting Aged Care .

Utilising the client survey tool developed by AHA as part of the  HACC Quality Assessment Program, surveys were distributed to over 200 clients from all Uniting Aged Care sites that provided community care services in Victoria.

The completed surveys were analysed and a summary report for each site was provided to Uniting Aged Care.

This project assisted United Aged Care to continually improve the quality of community care services they provide, and helped to inform future planning and strategies.
