Grace has a passion for social justice, which drives her interest in improving health disparities among vulnerable population groups.

She holds a Bachelor of Criminology and Sociology from the University of Melbourne, where she conducted research and analysis on social determinants that influence health outcomes.

Since joining AHA, Grace has been involved in the 2023 Long Forms Outcomes Framework (LFOF) data collection, Evaluation of the National Aged Care Advocacy Program (NACAP) and Newborn Bloodspot Screening Secretariat (NBS).

Her previous experience in the public health sector has also contributed to a deep understanding of current issues and developments in the health, aged care, and disability sectors.
