Greer is passionate about health equity and social justice and has a particular interest in working to improve outcomes for disadvantaged Australians.

Greer is an experienced project manager and has managed the Long Form Outcomes Framework Data Collection project on behalf of the NDIA since 2019. This project involves recruiting, training and overseeing a team of more than 45 data collectors each year, who conduct more than 11,000 surveys of NDIS participants and their families over a 3-month period.

Greer also has strong analytical skills, which complement her talent for organisation and stakeholder management. She has lead stakeholder consultations and undertaken quantitative and qualitative data analysis for a variety of projects – most recently:

Greer is a skilled communicator and excels at producing clear, concise, and meaningful reports, literature reviews, policy analyses, and research summaries. She is a qualified proofreader and editor, and brings these practical skills and attention to detail to all deliverables.

Greer has experience working for state and federal governments and has previously worked in the employment, disability and education sectors. Prior to joining AHA, she worked for the National Disability Insurance Agency during its inception in the Barwon region. She also worked as an employment consultant in far north Queensland, working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities to achieve better employment outcomes. Through this role, she developed a strong understanding of the cultural and social factors that impact people living in far north Queensland.
