Vicky combines outstanding administration and data analysis skills with a strong customer focus. She is a key member of AHA’s CSO team, monitoring CSO distributors’ compliance with their obligations and helping to ensure that all Australians have timely access to the full range of PBS medicines.

Prior to joining AHA, Vicky worked as an administrative officer in the disability sector; and as a health assessment officer in the mining industry, collating and assessing medical results. She has also worked in the IT recruitment industry, with a focus on customer service and systems administration.

Vicky’s key achievements include:

  • Designing and implementing HR on-boarding systems
  • Developing of company policies, procedures and executive reports
  • Website maintenance, including basic HTML & CSS coding
  • Re-establishing and expanding a major customer relationship through her client management skills, understanding of technical IT requirements and dedication to the client’s strict processes and quality control.

Vicky is currently working towards a Diploma of Business Administration.
